The Virtual Keyboard group sets the on-screen keyboard: its size and what is printed on the keys. Setup has Key range, Show octaves and Show note names; everything is in Settings → Virtual Keyboard.
Key range
The number of keys shown on the virtual keyboard: 61, 73 (the default), or 88. Switches live, with no need to reopen the file.
